Opportunities with TMC

Opportunities to work with The Mighty Creatives are listed below.

Join Our Board

The Mighty Creatives’ Board of Trustees helps to run the Charity and ensure it achieves its long-term goals. Board Trustees are volunteers and are selected through an open recruitment process.

Being one of our Trustees can be very rewarding:

“It has been an absolute privilege to have served the TMC Board for over two years now and I can proudly say my appreciation of culture, diversity and the arts has increased significantly since being involved with The Mighty Creatives” – Hassnain Safdar, one of TMC's young Board Trustees.

We currently have 10 Board Trustees who, between them, have experience of working in education, public, private and voluntary sector organisations. We now want to increase this figure and are keen to recruit a further Trustee with Finance as a specialism. This key member will be skilled in understanding the requirements of a charity and recognise the demands made from working with a range of funding sources and agendas. They will need to be able to read and understand balance sheets/management accounts and help us provide quality financial information to our major stakeholders, including Arts Council England.
