Participation and Accreditation Manager
£27,224 plus contributory stakeholder pension
Full time (35 hours per week excluding an unpaid lunch hour).
Would you like to join our mighty team? Are you focused on giving genuine power to young people? The Participation and Accreditation Manager role breaks down into three key areas: helping The Mighty Creatives become a world leader in the way we work with children and young people; helping partner organisations fully engage with children, young people and their families; helping children and young people take the lead through accredited volunteer and work-based learning and creative community action.
You will support and motivate the Participation & Accreditation Coordinator, helping them deliver excellent work. You will also work as part of the larger Team TMC, contributing towards the pursuit of our mission and the demonstration of our values.
Children and young people are central to defining the purpose and priorities of our organisation and help to manage our programmes and activities. We are looking to add to our dynamic team of experienced professionals to help deliver our ambitions.
Our position offers an attractive holiday entitlement and a contributory stakeholder pension. This position will be based primarily in Leicester but will require travel across the region. We are an equal opportunities employer.

Development Director
£36,000 plus contributory stakeholder pension (pay review pending)
Full time (35 hours per week excluding an unpaid lunch hour).
Would you like to join our mighty team? As Development Director you will be responsible for planning, directing & controlling the funding, enterprise & partner development strategies across the charity. This includes setting and achieving targets for income generation, providing a research and development service for the organisation, and managing a suite of entrepreneurial business units.
The Development Director will play a lead role in ensuring children and young people have a high level of involvement and influence in our work, implementing our Safeguarding and Participation Strategies across all areas of activity for which you have responsibility.
This is a key role within the organisation; the Development Director will sit on the Senior Leadership Team and is responsible to the Chief Executive.

Learning Coordinator

Would you like to join our mighty team? As Learning Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the Lead Developer - Learning and Creative School Consultants in the coordination, marketing and delivery of creative educational services. To do this you will develop relationships with schools and other educational settings, individual funders, delivery partners and beneficiaries to ensure the service meets its targets and delivers outstanding results.
You will ensure children and young people have a high level of involvement and influence in our work, helping to implement our Safeguarding and Participation Strategies across all areas of activity for which you have responsibility. You will also work as part of a team contributing to the pursuit of our mission and demonstration of our values.

Finance and Administration Apprentice
We’re looking for a Finance and Administration Apprentice who will pride themselves on delivering exceptional financial and administrative support for the charity. Your role will be to assist with all of our accounting processes and procedures, including inputting data onto the accounting system (Sage Line 50) and helping with other office administration duties.
The available opening is for a full Apprenticeship and combines the opportunity of paid work with a formal training programme. This Apprenticeship allows employees to compliment the skills that they learn, develop and use within the workplace with knowledge gained via day release at college and assessment in the workplace.
As an Apprentice you will first be required to understand the nature of the services provided as well as being able to provide financial and administrative support to the team you will deal with customer queries and resolve any problems that may arise over the telephone and online. Within the Apprenticeship programme you will be required to understand the theories and practicalities of Accounting.

As our Community Arts Administrations Apprentice you will have a vital role to play along with the rest of the team to make sure through our work we continue to; gain a better understanding of young lives; build systems and structures for youth participation; build innovative and trusted partnerships with other organisations and individuals across the East Midlands
The available opening is for a full Apprenticeship and combines the opportunity of paid work with a formal training programme. As an Apprentice you will first be required to understand the nature and mechanics of the and services offered as well as being able to deal with queries and work in a diverse and challenging administrative role. Within the training programme you will be required to understand the theories and practicalities of administration in a community arts setting.

Events Apprentice
We’re looking for an Events Apprentice who will pride themselves on delivering exceptional support for our live in-door and out-door events programme across the East Midlands. Your role will be to assist with all of our live events and our world class mobile events structure, including helping to plan, promote, setup and breakdown live events to engage children, young people and the adults that work with them. This will also include identifying suppliers of materials and equipment for events, health and safety the planning and distribution of publicity materials.
