Creative Employment: How best to support employers recruit young people

The Mighty Creatives want to know what support employers most need to recruit young people to paid positions, especially apprenticeship schemes

The Mighty Creatives are keen to hear from employers about the value they place in young employees, their desire to employ more people under the age of 25, their willingness to take on apprentices and what support they might require to take on more apprentices.

For The Mighty Creatives, this is key information. We are determined that young people get the chance to be creative in their paid employment and also get the chance to work in our vibrant and ever expanding creative and cultural sector. However, while the willingness of employers to give young people these chances may be evident, the capacity to do so may not be. So, finding out more about how we might be able to support employers provide these opportunities will be really helpful.
