About the Event

Join in with our regional celebration of Emerging creativity across some fantastic locations.

Emerge Festival 2018 is comprised of 12 youth-led arts festivals taking place across the Midlands on Saturday 21st April. Funded by Spirit of 2012 and managed by The Mighty Creatives, in partnership with Arts Connect and UK Young Artists, the festival is inspired by Shakespeare and verbal arts and produced by local young people; showcasing the variety of young creative talent across the region.

11am-9pm Venue: Horncastle Town Centre, The Lion Theatre and Community Centre
12pm-5pm Venue: Thomas Middlecott School, Boston
12pm-9pm Venue: Start in Market Place, Spalding town centre, Ayscoughfee Hall Gardens and The South Holland Centre in the evening
10am-4.30pm Venue: 2 sites Cannock Library and Cannock Museum: Bus will connect the venues.
10am-5pm Venue: Tamworth Castle Grounds
12pm-3pm Venue: Hayden Hill House.
12pm-3pm Venue: Manor House Museum- indoor and outdoor, Sandwell Council Museum
12pm-4pm Venue: Arboretum, Walsall
12pm-5pm Venue: The Lighthouse
11am-3.30pm Venue: The Palace Theatre, The Old Library and Mansfield Museum
11am-3pm 1-3pm (Core performances) Venues: Festival in and around Corby Cube
